Hi, my name is Randa, I’m a PhD student and I am looking for a female to replace my current Flatmate as she is moving in August .
The flat has three bedrooms ( only two would be rented) and you are free to use the extra space to store some of your stuff or whenever you have guests.
It has a perfect location , on upper Parliament street so you are within minutes to anywhere in town.
All bills are included ( excluding council tax)
The room has a double bed a large wardrobe and a bedside table.
You will be sharing the kitchen living room and bathroom.
I m looking for a mature female, clean and respectful, I’m happy to answer any enquiries xx
Please, preferably females that don’t work from home and moving in September also willing to rent for 4 months
