Halley house- studio in Nottingham

Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. This studio is 185/week and is a 46 week tenancy which is about 8.5k for the academic year. It’s located in the city centre. it’s a 2 minute walk from market square and a 10 minute walk from ntu city campus. The studio is fitted with a small double bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room also comes with a tv and a microwave oven.
