Looking for a new housemate to take over from my current housemates tenancy July 1st.
The house itself is spacious, big kitchen, 2 living rooms, hot powerful shower and big bath, 10 min tram away from the city centre, 10 min walk from supermarket.
I work 9-5 Mon-Fri with the NHS and dj house and dnb events at the weekends so have a busy schedule and am looking for someone relaxed and friendly who preferably enjoys music as much as I do. I have a 9 year old pug called Rosie so animal lover is a must too!
Female preferred but will consider male for the right tenant.
The bills are £500 but this does not include gas and electric, that is paid monthly by useage
