(Near City Hospital) I have a nice cozy single room for a single person. a Brand New Clean room in a new house that would suit a single person. The room has a new bed and mattress, a TV and a storage cabinet. The rent includes all bills and fast WIFI/broadband.
It's a modern house in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The bathroom is spacious with storage cabinets, a sink and a toilet. There is a large patio, a garden at the back and front and a fitted kitchen with all necessities.
A new ALDI is 5 minutes walk from the house and a couple of shops too.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away from the house. There is a gym, large swimming pool and fitness classes 3 minutes walk away.
There is ample parking space outside the house.

I currently do not live at the property as I work away and live far away from home so the property is currently empty.

You Must be in FULL TIME employment.
Note; there is no lounge hence the room comes fully furnished.
