The property is a Classic Studio room located in The Frontage, situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. The room is equipped with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with an extractor fan, a large wardrobe, under-bed storage for luggage, ample shelving, a private kitchen with a 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan, microwave, reading desk and chair, bedside lamp, sofa, and on-site security personnel.
Rent:
The weekly rent for the property is £190 per week. As stated on the property's website this is £235 per week. The reason I lowered the price due to I need to relocate.
Term of Agreement:
This agreement is for a duration of 13 weeks.
