I have a spare room in my apartment and intend to take a lodger.
The apartment is located off of Ilkeston/Derby road. It’s a great location for transport links, only a short walk to the town centre/QMC/train station.
The room is partly furnished and has access to a balcony. It doesn’t have an en-suite, but there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment (so technically has its own bathroom).
There is a shared kitchen/living area too.
The apartment has super fast internet (the room has direct access to the router so it’s even faster there)!
I am open to accepting students and professionals. Ideally I’d like to live with someone likeminded and with similar interests, however this is not essential!
