Urgent tenancy takeover !!

I am looking for two people to take over my tenancy in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a fancy apartment in Nottingham city center in Ropewalk court , upper college street . The apartment is all bills included water , electricity and gas , Ideally I am looking to move out by the first of may and my tenancy ends by the 29th of July .
