The back garden is very secure and has a BBQ and an area with tables and chairs for socializing.

There is a large cellar with plenty of space for storage.

The property is located just a short walk from the Victoria Center (15min) in Nottingham or a quick bus trip in to the center.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes ( more furniture can be got if needed)
