Double room available

Hi, I’m ideally looking for a professional female who works full time to rent my spare room. The flat is a lovely and quiet space to live in and all the neighbours are very respectful, I’ve never had any issues with noise from the adjoining properties. I will be the only other person living in the flat therefore the kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with only myself.

The flat is always very clean and tidy, so it is important to me that whoever moves in has the same standards and is respectful of the fact that this home is a calm space to live in. The local amenities are really good, there’s Sainsbury’s and Aldi just a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco express just around the corner. The tram/bus stop is also only a 5 minute walk away with easy access to the city centre and also Bulwell/Hucknall/City Hospital . The flat is only accessible via fobs meaning it is very secure, there is also an off street parking space which is available if needed as I don’t drive.

All bills are included in the price along will all cleaning products with the exception of washing machine capsules/conditioner. The room itself has just been decorated and had the carpets professionally cleaned it comes with a brand new double bed, mattress and side table along with a wardrobe. There is plenty of room for you to add a dressing table, chest of drawers and a tv if you wish. Please note that bedding such as pillows/duvet/sheets are not provided. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of cupboard space, there’s a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and integrated fridge freezer, I also have an air fryer and slow cooker that you can use as well.

A little bit about me I work full time, Monday-Friday 8:30-16:30, 2 out of the 5 days I work from home which is normally a Thursday and Friday. On weekends I enjoy going out for drinks/dinner with friends, shopping, going to the cinema or just relaxing at home on the sofa. I love to cook and spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen making different types on cuisines so I’m sure there will always be food up for grabs!
