I am looking for an undergraduate student or postgraduate student who will be attending either Nottingham Trent University or University of Nottingham . The accommodation is a standard studio , it comes with an Ensuite bathroom , a fully fitted private kitchen , a smart Tv and ample storage and a communal lounge etc.. . The property is few minutes walk from the city centre and Nottingham Trent city campus university . All the utility bills are included in the rent . it also comes with a study area.
