City Centre Accommodation

This a lovely accommodation located behind City Centre. The property is a couple of minutes walk to town and 5 minutes away from NTU City Campus and 10 minutes away from the bus stop that travels to NTU Clifton Campus. I am looking for a university student to take over my tenancy in a 4 bed flat with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. All utility bills are included (heating, water etc) within the rent. It has a tv, onsite laundry room and a vending machine on site. The reception is newly built and includes lots of fun things (bar, yoga room, study room, pool table etc). There's also smoking areas and outdoor benches in the accommodation.
There are currently 2 NTU girls who are going into their second year living there from September 2024. They are fun, outgoing but also love to have a chill night in - watching netflix and ordering a takeaway.
