Large Double Room close to City Centre

Looking for a lodger for a spacious double room just off the Carlton Road.

Currently has a double bed and wardrobe but can look at getting any extra furniture (e. g. drawers/desk) if needed.

Communal areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and small patio area. There is street parking available and I do have a guest permit that you could use temporarily, or apply for a resident's permit if needed longer term.

I own the property and live there during the weekends, but work in London during the week so you'd have the house to yourself Mon-Fri.

1-2 min walk to Carlton Road and buses into town, 20ish minute talk to town. 5ish min walk to the big Lidl.
