Landlord: While technically a live-in landlord, they work in Paris and are rarely here. Essentially, you’ll be sharing with just one other person, Kishore, who is friendly and easy-going.
Bills: All-inclusive (council Tax, Electric, Water, Gas, Internet).
Internet: Super-fast Fibre 500.
TV: High-quality 42" 4K Samsung.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
Living/Dining Room: Open-plan, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Location:
Shops: 2-minute walk to Sainsbury's, 5-minute walk to Aldi.
Mapperley Top: 10-minute walk (great cafes, restaurants, bars).
City Centre: 10-minute bus ride or 30-minute walk.
Neighborhood: Cute and friendly, with frequent visits from local cats!
Ideal Tenant:
This room is perfect for someone new to the city or anyone seeking a calm and friendly place to live. It's an ideal environment for focusing on work or studies.
About Your Future Housemate:
Kishore, who works at an Italian restaurant, enjoys cooking, playing badminton, and watching movies. He's very laid-back and always in a good mood.
Landlord Visits:
The landlord will occasionally be home during summer for the Olympics, Christmas, and a few days here and there, but the house will largely be yours to enjoy.
