Furnished double room to rent in my 3 bed home.
I’m about half way between the M1 and the city centre. Good bus routes if you don’t drive. If you drive there’s off street parking.
I’m a joiner, I spend most my time working, training or with my two daughters.
Very chill tranquil house.. no noise or parties etc. I get on well with my neighbours too.
Log fire for the winter time. bifold doors for the summer.
