Lovely double room in Notts - seeking roommate!

Hello!

My name's Dani. I'm a 24 year old working professional and I'm seeking a roommate. My current one is moving out and I would like to keep sharing this delightful apartment with another individual. Gender doesn't matter, but I'd like someone polite, clean and communicative so we can both get what we need out of our living arrangements- I'd also like someone I can be friends with, if possible! I'm open to professionals or students, but please be respectful of my working hours! I consider myself to be quite friendly and I'm definitely up for movie nights or going out for a few drinks... or, quietly decompressing separately after hard days at work/studying!

In terms of the flat, it really is in a great location (said every ad ever, but). It's an eight minute walk into town, if you're a slow walker. It's close to UoN and has great bus/tram transport links. There's a Tesco Express two minutes away, a Sainsburys ten minutes away, and a 24/7 supermarket right across the road.

It's unfurnished. Some of the furniture in the pictures is mine, some is my ex-roommate's and will be taken when she leaves. Therefore, please be prepared to have/get your own furniture, and hopefully help out getting some communal furniture (really, all we need is a toaster, kettle, and living room table).
