1. Reason for subletting: I am a 2+2 mathematics student from UNNC on exchange to the UNUK. Due to course selection, I have to return to Ningbo campus for the second year of exchange.
2. Apartment Overview: The Laceworks (postal code NG2 3UN) The apartment room has a private bathroom, kitchen, and double bed. The rent includes all expenses. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample light and there is a large terrace on the top floor. The apartment also provides public facilities such as bicycle storage, self-service laundry, group study and self-study area, game area and so on. The hotel-style lobby provides 24-hour security and front desk reception, and can collect packages on behalf of you. It has a top service and maintenance team. It is located opposite Nottingham's central train station and has a prime location. It is only a few minutes away from the city center, with two major national supermarkets, Tesco and Sainsbury's, downstairs, and a 10-minute walk to the bustling area of the city center. There is a tram station downstairs, with convenient transportation, and it takes 14 minutes to reach the main campus of the University of Nottingham.
3. Room Overview: This room is on the first floor, it is a studio, room number is 122, the room is equipped with a private bathroom, 2 induction cookers, a large oven microwave, a shoe cabinet, a refrigerator, high-speed WIFI, a large bed (for double living), a bedside cabinet, a large wardrobe (can also be used for storage), a dining table, a study table, a large TV, a sofa, a heater, a large floor-to-ceiling window, etc. and the kitchen has sufficient lockers.
4. Rent and lease period: 212 pounds/week, lease period 50 weeks (from September 14, 2024 to September 5, 2025)
