Single bedroom (Aspley) (Flexible requirements)

Single bedroom available in 3 bed house.

£400 per month, £400 security desposit.
Bills are split three ways.
Council Tax Band A.

Live-in landlord (in master bedroom) and one other lodger (box room) currently living in the house. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Off-street parking, and large garden area.

Halal household, lodgers must refrain from bringing any alcohol or other haram substances into the house. Lodger must also refrain from cooking/eating any pork as its a personal preference of mine to not share dishes/cookware thats been used with pork. Of course these are standards I want you to adhere to when your in the house, whatever you choose to do outside is none of my concern.

Minimum 3 months tenancy preffered but will consider shorter stays.
