I'm searching for a quiet, clean and tidy professional lodger/s for my beautiful city centre penthouse apartment.

I'm very proud of what has been my home for 8 years but I spend a lot of time abroad now and will be selling the property eventually.

It's a large and modern penthouse apartment at the top of the One Fletcher Gate apartment building (city centre) with two double bedrooms, large bathroom, upstairs utility office room with additional third toilet, large open dining/living space and large private wrap-around terrace offering stunning views across the city.

It's wonderful out on the balconies in the summer time.

The room available can be picked by the occupant/s - either a large double with bathroom right next to it for sole private use, or a room with an en suite.

The rent will includes all bills as well as fast WiFi throughout.

There is also an allocated parking space in the private underground car park if you need it.

The room is for either a single occupant £1200/month (or a couple £1500/month).

There is some flexibility in availability: short-term period 2-3 months with a potential for staying on longer-term.
