Hello there! I'm Almas - 37, professional. I like travelling, cooking, hiking and DIY. I'm searching for a quiet, clean and tidy professional lodger to share my beautiful city centre penthouse apartment - although in reality you'll have the whole place to yourself for most of the time as I am abroad a lot of the time. I'm very proud of what has been my home for almost 10 years but as I spend so much time abroad I've decided to sell. It's currently advertised for sale. So I can guarantee a min. 3-month stay. Any viewings would ideally take place when you're away/at work etc. The bedroom is a large double with the bathroom right next to it and lots of storage space. The rent will include electricity, water and WiFi but excludes Council Tax. There is also an allocated parking space in the private underground car park if you need it.
