I'm searching for a quiet, clean and tidy professionals for a room in my beautiful city centre penthouse apartment. I’m looking for a ‘lodger’ although in reality the whole place will be yours for most of the time as I come back to the UK only a couple of times a year.

I'm very proud of what has been my home for almost 10 years but I spend so much time abroad that I've decided I'll sell it eventually - probably in 2027.

You can choose your bedroom - either the large double with the bathroom right next to it, or the large room with the en-suite. Both have lots of storage space.

I'm looking for someone to stay mid to long-term (minimum 90 nights). This is ideal for contractors or if you're visiting Nottingham for work purposes.

The rent will include all bills as well as fast WiFi throughout!

Singles / couples welcome - the rent will be adjusted.

NB: I have enjoyed this place as my home for almost 10 years. Personal items seen in the photographs have now been removed but the main furniture items (beds, sofa, dining table, storage units etc.) remain. You can add your personal touches and any additional furnishings!
