Looking for someone to take my place and share my Lace Market duplex penthouse apartment as I am moving out short to long-term.

The room available is a very large, stylish double with en suite and double wardrobe. It has a SUPER KING bed. Woahh mann.

I'm very proud of what has been my home for 7 years. But I will now be spending most of my time abroad. I am therefore searching for a clean, tidy and considerate tenant -one who also takes pride in their living space - to move in with my existing lodger who is a tidy professional.

I have lots of house plants so someone with a green finger would be ideal!

The room is for a single occupant only. No couples, sorry.
