Double room with bathroom to rent in the Park

Hi!! I'm Caleb, I'm currently renting a really nice flat in the Park (between lenton and city centre) with my flatmate Emily but she is leaving in September so I'm looking for someone to replace her </3

It's a double room and you'd have your own bathroom with a bath, plus a spare bedroom you can use as a home office plus the shared living room and kitchen :)

I'm sociable and love just kinda hanging out and chilling but I like having my own time too to recharge and stuff so yeah. LGBT preferred but anyone around between like 20-27 is welcome so let me know if you're interested!! :)
