The tenancy agreement is for 51 weeks for £168 per week, starting from 14th of September 2024.
The Place is a brand new student accommodation in Nottingham opening in September 2024, so you would be the first to move into this room.
The reason I am looking for a student to takeover my tenancy agreement is because I would like to move to a different accommodation with my friends.
