I'm looking for a friendly and tidy professional to share my 2 bedroom house with. I have a modern double bedroom available from 1st August. It's overlooking a large park next to the river Trent and t's only 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes from city centre. It has shared living room with a view of a park, lovely dining room with a well equipped kitchen. It also has a large bathroom. It also has a small back garden to enjoy in summer. I have a feeling, if you are looking a respectful and cozy home, you might like this one :)
