Looking For Someone To Take Over My Tenancy

Hi there,

I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my Uni house as I am going on placement and unfortunantly cant find anything in Nottingham so have to move out.

The room is the largest of the ones in the house located on the ground floor, it has a double bed, 2 large wardrobes, a desk and chair, mirror and side table already in there.

There are 2 toilets, one is a wash room one is water closet. boht located on the 1st floor of the house.

The garden is out back and is all patio, one of house mates bought furniture for outside so it is a lovely place to be and spend time in especially when the sun is out.

living room, kitchen and dining room are shared spaces with the fridge freezer being desginated as one shelve each person.

the house has a few steps to access it but has a nice front garden that looks out onto the street and the driveway.

You would be living with 4 girls all going into their final year of uni who are really nice and fun to be around and like to spend a lot of time together. they are really welcoming, they let me join their tenancy when I had no where to go for second year and im sure will be just as welcoming to you also.

as a student house you dont pay council tax.

**if you do choose to sign on to this lease, I've already paid 725 pounds towards the first period of rent of this property and so would be looking to recoup that amount as soon as possible.
