Urgent Tenancy Takeover

Hello, I’m urgently looking for tenancy replacements in a flat share in NG1.
It could either be one person or two people
The rooms each have a tv, wardrobe, bed and a desk.

There’s a shared living room which also includes a tv so it’s ideal for hangouts, there’s a shared kitchen and bathroom as well. The current tenant is very neat and is a professional so will be busy and quiet.

It’s located in Lace Market which is close to transport such as train stations and tram stops so it’s good for travel to work or uni
It’s very close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury’s or you can take a tram to Lidl which is cheaper .

Tenancy has already started so you can move in right away.
