Double bedroom to rent in Colwick, 10 mins from Notts city centre by bus or car!

I have a super friendly cat called Pickles🐱 There is on street and off street parking as it’s a little cul-de-sac on a quiet estate.

There’s a couple of local pubs and retail parks in a 5 minute drive in either direction, loads of gyms to choose from, supermarkets and great transport links to town - bus every 15 mins to/from Nottingham and Gedling.

The bedroom I am renting out has a double bed and mattress already and some space to add your own bits if you wanted to. There’s a big wardrobe space in the box room which is all yours, tonnes of storage!

I work from home on a Monday and Friday and I’m the office midweek and will sometimes be at my boyfriend’s house. There is the main bathroom to share but it’s only me in the house. The property is council tax band A.
