Due to my own circumstances I have decided to drop out of university, therefore I am looking for an individual to takeover my tenancy, the other tenant is a male undergoing their 3rd year in computer science. The accommodation is very spacious and is right in the centre of the city, minutes walk from both NTU and UoN provided libraries
