Looking for somebody to take over my current flatmates half of the joint tenancy ASAP, as he is leaving to pursue a Masters.
The flat is modern, and is kept clean and tidy. It has minimal furniture in the shared space, so you are welcome to bring your own if you have it.
The location is about as convenient as it gets, with Market Square just a 2 minute walk away, a Tesco next door, bus stations right outside the front door etc.
The bedroom comes with a bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe as seen in the pictures.
A little about me, I'm an Aussie engineer working in the space industry. I like boxing, lifting weights, hiking, and swimming to stay fit. I also travel fairly often, and am a pretty sociable guy.
