Hello! I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy at Kimbolton Avenue, Nottingham, preferably a female. The rent is £100 per week, exclusive of bills. It’s a house share with a six-month term starting from September 9th, 2024. The property is well-located, just a 15-minute walk to both Aldi and Lidl, and a 20-minute walk to the city center.
