Double room available

Hiya, my name’s Jenny and I have a spare double room going in my house. It’s partly furnished and all bills are included. Tram and bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away, about 20 mins from the city centre. Also have supermarkets and a gym up the road.

I’m 28, work as a mental health nurse, but also enjoy things like painting and pottery in my spare time (just hand built, no idea how to work a wheel). I’m pretty laid back and love a night in watching crap TV, documentaries and chatting, but also like meeting new people and enjoy a boogie, especially a day party or shindig with mates.
Also have a cat called Nelly, she’s pretty shy at first but once she gets to know you she loves a cuddle.

I’d like to live with someone similar to me, someone who respects communal spaces and keeps them generally tidy, and someone who’s not just looking for a room, but also a friend :)
