The property is positioned well with walking distance from: Train station, Gym, Grocery stores, Pubs, Restaurants.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern building which has a key-scan system to get in.

The apartment is fully furnished and has:

- shared living area + kitchen

The monthly rent for each tenant is £ 495 without bills. After bills like water, electrical, council tax and broadband the overall cost/person comes usually between £ 650-700.
The property is in council tax band D, and that comes to about £ 105 / person /month (if you are a student you don't pay for it !)

1 bedroom and bathroom are already occupied by the current tenant (myself).
I am a 25 yr old male working as an engineer for a big firm. I work hybrid so sometimes I'll be at the office and sometimes I'll work from home.

I enjoy socialising, going out and making friends, but I also respect privacy and being quite. I am also a sports fanatic and sometimes I cook at home.
I don't have a preference over the gender, occupation or personality of my flatmate. It would be ideal if we were of similar ages as that makes for best conversations.
