Hi, I’m Sharon, a friendly professional looking for a like-minded person to rent the spare room in my peaceful, well-kept home. I live here with my well-behaved dog, so ideally you’re someone who likes dogs and enjoys a calm, respectful living space.

About the Home:

Bright room with ottoman storage bed, brand new wardrobe, bedside drawers & lamp
TV in room with fast WiFi, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+ & Paramount included
You’ll have your own bathroom, the shower is in different room that’s shared with myself.
Fully equipped kitchen – cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer
Close to Victoria Retail Park, Everlast Gym, Echo Park, Gedling Country Park and Netherfield Lagoons.

What I’m Looking For:

Someone in full-time work, who works out of the house during the day as I work from home and like to have that alone time when on my breaks
Clean, tidy, respectful, someone who’s sociable and ideally up for a chat or shared meal at times although I do like my own space at times.
Non-smoker, no vaping or drugs
No regular heavy cooking with strong smells late at night or early morning (deep frying etc.)

About Me:

I work full-time from home Monday-Friday (8:30-17:00) and also run my own brow business. I follow a healthy pescatarian diet (with the occasional treat!) and enjoy weekends outdoors with my dog or seeing friends and family. I’m an early riser and like to keep the home quiet and relaxed in the evenings.

Rent & Bills:

£550 per month – bills included
£300 deposit required up front to secure the room
Cleaning products for the home provided, except your own washing powder/capsules
