Double room —— Taking over the contract

I am subleting this room for work reasons. The contract expires on December 1st.
You can discuss an extension with the landlord.

🏷️The room is located in the park, very close to the center of Nottingham, and only a 10-minute walk from the Royal Theatre and Nottingham Castle.
🏷️ There are 2 roommates in total (one of them is a live-in landlord，He works fully remote at home）. If you have a pet, you are welcome to bring it, but the deposit will increase.
🏷️ Rent 490, deposit 500, all bills included, the downside is there is no extra parking space.
🏷️ Finally, I would like to add that the lighting in this room is very good. Park is a posh and quiet neighborhood, The tennis court is right opposite the house. If you like playing tennis, then staying here must be a good choice. The roommates are very friendly and they all like outdoor hiking and sports.
