1) To save you a bit of money we don’t take deposits, however, we do require a UK based home owner to act as your Guarantor instead.
2) Following the recent redecoration we want to set up a great houseshare as soon as possible. As such, if you are looking to apply for a room you will ideally to be ready to move into the property within the next 2 weeks.
Based the experience of our other properties, rooms like this don’t hang around for long once we start booking viewings, so if you are interested please see below about the application process and a bit more about the house itself.
Booking a viewing and application process:
1) Drop us a message so we can send you the virtual tour so you can see the property before physically viewing it.
If you want to see the property in person before submitting an application, drop us a message about booking a viewing and confirm a 15 minute appointment on one of our designated viewing days. These appointments are back to back and we have several in a day so please make sure you are on time for yours as it is unlikely we will be able rebook if you are late or miss your appointment.
