Bedroom available in 7 bed flat

I am looking to move out of my current student house and need to find someone to replace me. The flat is 3 floors, with 7 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open kitchen and living room area.
There are 4 boys and 3 girls in the flat currently.
The room that I am advertising is big and has lots of desk and storage space. The bedroom also overlooks a lovely green space. The bedroom has a TV included. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Nottingham Trent city campus and only one stop away on the tram.
I am looking for a student to replace me. We are all very friendly in the house and I am sure that whoever moves in would get along with everyone very easily and would feel at home quickly.
Water, TV license and Wi-Fi are all included. Only have to pay extra for heating and electricity which is about £25 extra per month, making it about £6 extra per week.
You will be exempt from council tax as you are a student.
