Room Available for Professional Flatmate

Hi there, I’m renting out a room and I’m looking for a flatmate. I’m a professional working for Jaguar Land Rover, and I work from home most of the time. My girlfriend visits every other weekend as she’s based in Manchester, and my family is in Nottingham, so friends and family may drop by occasionally.

I’m a pretty laid-back person and don’t ask for much, but I do appreciate cleanliness, respect, and someone who won’t be hosting parties during the week. I’d prefer someone who enjoys a quiet environment but wouldn’t mind sharing a pint or having friends over in a considerate way.
