House in Sneinton with a dog

The house is fairly new, with wooden flooring in the bedrooms, a kitchen living room combo and small back yard garden. The room going is a double room. There is a clothing rail, bed with underneath storage and a chest of draws in the room.
We have a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and a small toilet that is separate.

Currently I pay £330 inc Council tax, but this is likely to go up after I move. Potentially to around £450 but not 100% sure yet! Our landlord is friendly and pretty quick with repairs etc. The tenants that are staying are Simeon: 43, (owns the dog) who is a surfer, art teacher at college and very outdoorsy/ adventurous and Vic: 27, who is an artist who works at home and loves a film night or a boogie out on the town.

There is a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and we have a nice new fridge freezer. Each person has their own cupboards for food with 3 shelves.

We have a dog, who does occasionally bark at the hoover and postman etc but is really sweet

Water is about £23 a month, £6.30 for wi fi and gas electric fluctates, I think my last bill for this was £30 but it can be as high as £50 a month during colder months and £20 in the summer

It's a very friendly/ homely flat, and we try really hard to keep it clean too. I'll be sad to leave after 3 years but I'm off to London and our other flatmate has just brought her own place so will also be leaving around November.
