Large double room to rent in a lovely house shared with friendly and easy going PhD students, studying science and engineering.
We have made this house into a home away from home, and looking for like minded people to join us as one of our housemates is leaving Nottingham :)
The room has decent storage but we also have an extra room for storage available.
The house is only available to students for renting, and we prefer final year or graduate students as we are PhDs. But feel free to reach out if you think you think you'd fit in! We would like to meet.
We have a beautiful garden to enjoy the sun, and have little get togethers time to time. And we like to keep our house tidy.
The bills are not included in the rent, but shared between the housemates, the most we paid is 80£ per person in a month. So it makes it up to 450£ ppm.
2 mins from University Park Campus and 15 mins to the Jubilee Campus.
Tram station and busses to the city center and the EMA airport is right down the street.
