Hi. I need someone to take over my room as soon as possible. I put in available from the 22nd but that's flexible. I just need a week or two to find a new place from when you agree to take my room, that could be tomorrow for all I care (This part is important).
The house is close to the city centre and transport links, supermarkets and takeaways etc. Great city location for a good price. The room has a double bed.
Apologies for the few photos, all my stuff is packed and in bags on the floor 😂. I'm more than happy to show you around. I'm free Monday -Thursday.
The landlord will want the first and last month's rent or a guarantor. Not a deposit.
