Student room available need someone to swap over

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy the room is still quite new as I moved in September it's located in the city centre and it's easily accessible if you study at NTU it’s a 5 mins walk and about 20 mins away from the train station. Also there’s Victoria centre across the street 2mins walk. The weekly rent is £154 (utilities and WiFi) are both included. It's a standard ensuite room with a single bed with a private toilet and shower.
There's a small study area near the reception room. Laundry facilities are available ,the accommodation includes a small gym. The tenancy agreement is available until the 6th of September 2025.
