Room close to Forest Tram Stop

I am looking for a housemate to move in from early April up to late September 2025 since my current housemate will leave during that period. It is perfect if you are looking for a short-term place during the summer or you're studying in Notts! I am flexible during that period of time, but would like at least 4 months.

All bills are included: electricity/gas, broadband, and water! *Council tax is not included in bills as I am a student (would prefer students for this reason).

The property is a 2-floor house with 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 big shared bathroom, living room, kitchen (with everything including washing machine). Literally 10 metres from the Forest Tram Stop (great to get into city centre, Notts Trent and Uni of Notts). Near many supermarkets also. Around 25-ish mins walking to city centre.

The room offered has a double bed, night table and a closet, no desk but you can claim the living room table since I am out almost all day! There is parking on the street.

Things about me: F26, Mexican, studying PhD in Biotech, have lived in Notts for 2 years, love music & tv shows & movies, plant-lover, love to cook, friendly and very easy-going, but also very responsible and clean:))
