Hello, my name is Mike, I'm a young professional based in Nottingham who has lived here for 8 years.
I'm looking for someone sociable and trustworthy to takeover my current flatmate's room. My past 2 flatmates have been really nice, so I'm looking for someone who I can socialise and chat to.
The room is a spacious double room with a juliet balcony and comes with a double bed, a large corner desk (ideal for remote working), drawers and a wardrobe.
That flat itself is cosy and has everything we need. The area is about a 10/15 minutes into the city centre and has lots of amenities nearby. There are 2 bedrooms altogether, a shared bathroom and a lounge/kitchen. I'm not a clean freak, but like keeping the flat clean and tidy. Extra points if you are veggie/vegan, but definitely not necessary! There is residential parking, although I currently have the spot, but I'm sure an extra spot can be worked out.
I currently pay, per month, £460 rent and roughly £170 bills. There is also about a £550 deposit. The landlord is a nice guy and makes no issues when things need to be sorted.
