The room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, drawers, and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. It has a large bay window and is situated at the front of the property. Sole use of a separate toilet is also available across the hallway, but the main bathroom is shared. There is also an office room available for use.
The house has a garage, a large back garden with 2 patio areas, a pond, and sheds. Inside there is a large lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. Car parking is available outside the property.
I’m looking for someone who is super clean and tidy, trustworthy, and respectful of my home and space. They must be incredibly dog friendly, as there are 3 resident dogs living at the property. The right tenant will be like-minded and up for socialising from time to time but also respectful of my space, as I enjoy a quiet life and my alone time.
Bills are included. One month’s rent and deposit payable in advance. One month notice period of termination required.
Mature, working professionals preferred.
