The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (excluding one ensuite). We are currently 3 in the house. It is very convenient as it's near supermarkets, university and city

The room comes with a double bed, brand new mattress, wardrobe, drawers and bed frame, study desk and chair, and storage unit (which of some I will leave at a negotiated price as I bought during my stay). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
