Lodger needed for a self-contained one bedroom apartment. There is a separate access via the garden, through the side of the house, down some steps.
The apartment has just been redecorated and has a large double bedroom with an in-built large wardrobe, chest of drawers; and bedside table.
There is also a fully kitted kitchen, bathroom; and a separate living room which leads to the garden.
The whole apartment is yours as I live in the house above although we would need to share the washing machine as it is in the apartment.
The property is in a very quiet road in Carrington, a 5 minute walk from Sherwood and a 25 minute walk from town. It is also a 25 minute walk from the City Hospital.
There are plenty of buses on Hucknall and Mansfield Road which are a few minutes walk away.
I have a cat so might not suit if you have allergies.
