Fem flatmate needed! PhD students & catlovers!

I'm currently living in a flat I initially moved in with my partner, and we have since broken up. I'm looking for someone to take up the spare room and split bills with.

I have two cats, so you must be comfortable with cats!

The spare room is currently an office, and as this flat was rented to us unfurnished, there is no bed yet! However, the sofa can be turned into a sofa bed, so if you are interested and currently do not own a bed, there is that and an inflatable double mattress as a temporary solution.

The rent is 462.50, bills vary based on electricity used, but excluding council tax, should be between 88-110pcm per person (that's water, electricity and wifi). Council tax band B.

The flat comes with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, a bathtub, two showers, and is owned by the nicest landlords I've ever met who are quick to fix things and respect privacy.

I live in a lovely old needleworks building with very generous neighbours that often give away their old furniture for free or for cheap, in case that is a concern, and I'm very happy to rearrange the furniture placement I have.

I'm a PhD student, so my ideal flatmate would be a woman or a fem-aligned nb person who is also a postgraduate student or a young professional, who is okay with cats and preferably is more vegan/veggie and either has a bedframe with a mattress already, or does not mind buying one. The neighbours often give away old things including beds, so if needed, let me know and I will ask around for a bed, which would likely be at a cheaper prices or free!
