Beautiful double Room to rent

Gorgeous room in the Sneinton area, 2 min walk from Lidl and Falcon, 15 min walk from the city centre.

Rent is £500pm, with all the bills included I usually pay £560pm. Council taxes are paid by the landlady at the moment.
For couples rent is £750pm.
I am looking for someone to move in from the 15th of May (but exact date can be negotiated).

You will share with Namra (the landlady), she is very sweet, respectful and sometimes she works from home. If you want to have guests she is cool with it as long as you let her know a bit in advance and be respectful of the place (the neighbourhood is very quiet so if you throw a rave everyone will know😉).

The house includes
- A big double room with desk, wardrobe, shelves, a big window and a double bed.
- Kitchen with gas hobs, oven (getting fixed at the moment, but there is an air fryer), microwave, big fridge and freezer.
- 1 bathroom with a bath
- Lounge.
- Dining room.
- Garden.
