1. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows that can be fully opened. The sunny side of the room allows you to see the sun.
2. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas.
3. The room has ample storage space, which is more than enough for one person. It is approximately 20 square meters.

Transportation 🚴:
1. It takes about ten minutes on foot 🚶‍ to reach VC. Shopping is very convenient here. There are Tesco, Waitrose, Poundland for daily necessities, and various restaurants. You can find whatever you want to eat.
2. It's a five-minute walk 🚶‍ to the bus stop. There are buses to both Park and Jubilee.
