Double room near town

I have a lovely small double room to rent in my home close to colwick races.

There is on street parking outside the house that's always free, the 44 bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe and a small desk/dresser.

Monday to Friday let's are available at a discounted rate of £385 - ideal if you are a city worker.

The house is a semi based in a lovely quiet residential area.

There is a garden available where you can enjoy the sunshine.

I have some storage space in the shed if required.

The house is a 30minute walk from the city centre or a 5min drive in an uber (approx £6)

I am close to both colwick country park and colwick woods, so great for walkers.

There is a petrol station and supermarket just down the road.

I work from home so this room will only suit those who do not work from home full time.

A benefit of this room is that you'll only be sharing amenities with one person (me) so no overcrowding or waiting for the bathroom. I also work away a few times a month, so you'll often have the place to yourself!!
You'll just have to agree to feed Drax the cheeky cat! (so you must be ok with cats)

I'm a 39 year old professional female working in auditing. I'm looking for a female lodger preferably due to myself being a single female. I'm definitely out of my party girl era so I'm looking for a like minded female professional to share with, who is quiet and respectful. We can however enjoy a glass of wine in the evening!

I play netball a few times a week, so we shouldn't ever be on top of each other.
