Large Room in Sociable Town Centre Home -With Dogs

A very large room is available in the centre of town, complete with a super-king bed, large TV and wardrobes. The bathroom is huge with bath and shower and will be private for you the majority of the time.

All bills are included — council tax, water, electric, gas and internet — and while the property itself is insured, we would recommend you take out your own contents cover.

The house has plenty of shared space including a utility room, living room and dining room, a bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio. There’s also a spare room which we use for visiting friends and family, and you’re welcome to use it too when needed.

Being in the middle of town means there’s no permanent parking, but visitor spaces are fine for a night or two.

Life here is fun and sociable. Two friendly dogs live in the house part time, and occasionally a cat when the dogs are away. We both work in events, so our routines vary and we’re sometimes away for chunks of time. When we’re home, we love having people over for dinners, drinks or cinema nights, and we often head out into town for food and drinks.

We’ve always shared with housemates who enjoy this kind of sociable lifestyle, and we’d love to find someone who fits right in.
