Hey! This is a deluxe plus room, the biggest in the building, in the building in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. Rent is £227.50 a week but would not let me use decimals. It is private accomodation including a kitchen and bathroom. It comes with a desk, a bed and chester drawers. Dual occupancy is allowed but no pets. Deposit is £500 or you can opt for a zero deposit scheme. The building includes a gym and entertainment room along with a car park downstairs and across the road. I am not looking for a specific person as I am simply looking for someone to take over my tenancy, landlord does not care about who you are, just if you can take over. NTU campus is about a 15 min walk away from this accomodation. 1 minute walk away from Market Square and 5 minute walk from Victoria Centre. Directly across the road from Kitty Cafe.
