Well kept home snienton - large double room

Hi I'm Chloe, I am the only other tenent in this house. There is one large double room available. This is a two bed with a small spare room that will be shared as an office/studio/guest room.

Rent and bills -
Deposit to be paid when signing contract this will be about £225 . Move in date is 1st of August. First months rent to be paid on the 1st at £450. Bills this month will be about £100 max to be paid at the end of the month of august (please note this bills do increase in the winter).

Values -
I take really good care of the place and plan in time to maintain the house, treating it like a home not just a place to sleep when im not at work, would be great if we could be on the same page in this respect.

The room -
The room is part furnished, please note there is NO MATTRESS or bed frame but will be a wardrobe, bookcase, chest of draws and other little bits of storage around the house. We can decorate with permission.

Amenities -
We have a dishwasher, bath, bike shelter and much more! We have a garden with built in planters for growing stuff, i grow rasberrys and some veg currently and we have a fire pit. Would be great if your intrested in helping with the garden :)

Location-
We are around 30mins walk from market square, 20mins from the trainstation and 20mins from the woods and lake.

About me-
I work as a freelancer in the arts and training as a carpenter so the time i spend in the house varys week to week.
